Auditions will take place Friday, September 6 starting at 4:00 PM.  See Audition Sign Up Slots Below

Callbacks will take place Saturday, September 7 from 1:00-5:00.    

LOCATIONS:

 Children's Musical Theatre 101 S Wyandotte Bartlesville

What to bring:

1. Please prepare a 30-45 Second Monologue as well as a 30-45 Second Song Selection (Approximately Verse/Chorus, 16 Bars). You may choose your own monologue or select one of the pieces provided (See link at bottom of page). ***Both pieces should show off your range and personality as a person and performer. You may audition with song or monologue first/whatever is your preference. Please note that there will NOT be an accompanist provided. You may choose to sing acapella or provide your own backing/karaoke tracks on your own device. ***Please DO NOT select a monologue/song from Elf for auditions.**

2. Pictures and measurements will be taken so please dress comfortably but presentable.  

3. Your completed audition information forms.  These forms will be emailed to you after you have signed up.  Please print, fill in information and bring with you to auditions.  

Schedule:

  You will need to arrive 15 minutes before your audition! Once you have auditioned you are dismissed for the evening. 

  Callbacks: Those receiving a callback will be emailed at the end of Audition Night (Friday). Not everyone will receive a callback, this does not necessarily mean that you were not cast. **Callbacks will consist of cold reads from the script, improvisation and group exercises, light choreo, and singing.  **All who are called back are expected to be at CMT at 1:00 on Saturday September 7th. 

***Age Range to Audition: Students Must be Entering 5th Grade or 10 Years Old to Audition for Elf Jr. Ages 10-17 may Audition. 

**Rehearsals will Begin Sunday September 15. Rehearsal will be Sundays from 2:00-6:00 and Monday evenings from 5:30-9:00. 

There Will Be Rehearsals the Week of Thanksgiving!- You need to be available Sunday November 24th through Tuesday November 26th. We will take Wednesday-Saturday to enjoy the holidays with our loved ones. 

Show Dates: Thursday December 5th and Friday December 6th (Must be available the entirety of show week; non-negotiable)

***Tuition- Tuition to be in Elf Jr. is $400. Roles to be accepted by September 12th at the latest! Finacial Extension Request Available.

If you are invited to attend callbacks you will receive an email.   

When you receive your registration confirmation email, there will be links to the audition forms.  Please print those forms, fill them out and bring them to auditions with you.
