EARLY REGISTRATION FOR FROZEN KIDS CAMP
Welcome to Auditions!
First Round Music Auditions will take place February 19, 20, and 21.
Callbacks will take place February 21, 22, and 23. Students need to be available throughout the entire callback process 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. Any conflicts must be noted and discussed with the producers.

***A parent/guardian must remain with the student for the first round vocal audition for an informational meeting***
What to bring:
1. Please prepare a 1-2 minute song that highlights your vocal range and ability. Also bring accompaniment cd or phone with your accompaniment music ready to go*. You are also welcome to bring your own accompanist to the audition for any of the first round sessions. Please note that we will not have an accompanist provided.
***New for 2025*** If you are using a digital file or you tube link for your accompaniment music, we would like you to send your song BEFORE your audition to help expedite the process.

2. Pictures and measurements will be taken so please dress comfortably but presentable.
3. Your completed audition forms. These forms will be emailed to you after you have signed up, they are also availabe on our website. Please print, fill in information and bring with you to auditions.
Schedule
1st Round: Wednesday February 19 or Thursday February 20. Each session lists the time and age range. You will need to arrive 15 minutes before the session! A parent or guardian must stay for an informational parent meeting.
Limited slots available on Friday February 21 for those who may live out of town or have major conflicts Wednesday and Thursday. You must contact Rachel Miller to sign up for a Friday audition, rachel@cmtonstage.com
Specific audition dates and times requested ages are outlined in the registration form. Please make sure to sign up your student in the correct age slot. Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to scheduled audition times to fill out paperwork and check in. Auditions will start promptly (please do not arrive late) and may take up to 75 minutes from your arrival time.
2nd Round Callbacks: Please see the below schedule of callbacks. Students will need to be available for all callback sessions but may not be asked for the entire timeframes. Your student may be called for a few hours in the morning on Saturday and then released to go home for two hours and then scheduled to return later in the afternoon. This is a fluid process and you will need to be flexible and patient.

Sunday February 23 1PM-6PM
Show rehearsals will be June 9-July 9 with 4 performances on July 10-13, 2025. If cast, you will need to be available for ALL rehearsals and performances. (Please schedule vacation, doctors appointments, camps, etc outside of these dates if selected). You will be asked to list all conflicts on your audition forms. If you know that you have something already scheduled that results in 2-5 days of absences, understand that the artistic staff might not be able to cast your student due to these absences. Please note that there will not be rehearsal on July 4 but there will be rehearsal July 3, 5, 6 and 7 and these are absolutely mandatory.

If your student is 17 now but turns 18 before June, they are not eligible to participate in this program.
If your student is 17 now, graduating in May but does not turn 18 until August, please contaact rachel@cmtonstage.com to discuss options.

If you are invited to attend callbacks you will receive ONE phone call.
When you receive your registration confirmation email, there will be links to the audition forms. Please print those forms, fill them out and bring them to auditions with you.
The Director has released script readings which will be used with select students during the callback process. We know that these readings for the words to some of the songs but for this part of the process they will be spoken and not sung. Access the script readings HERE.
MUSIC CUTS: You may utilize these to practice with but note that these are NOT to be used for first round auditions.
